Naked Longboards LLC began as a dream minutes from the beaches in Ventura, California. Chris Stehle combined his love of classic wooden longboards and the raw natural beauty of wood to create works of art. Chris first began making surf clocks for family and friends who enjoyed surfing and the surf lifestyle. The demand was so high that Chris expanded and started taking requests for other home décor items and made them with his surf flare.   With the encouragement and support of those same family and friends we created Naked Longboards (a name Chris had in his head since the ’90′s) in 2007. The beauty of Naked Longboards LLC lies in the blend of handpicking the hardwoods we use, the whimsical patterns naturally produced by the growth of the wood itself, and the love of creating a something classic. We look forward to evolving and creating new products to satisfy the beach going, surf loving lifestyle of those all over the world.
